He took the time to walk through the house with me, explain the scope of work in detail, discuss the materials that would be used, and set clear expectations for the project from start to finish. His professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence in moving forward. Throughout the project, Courtnay Lopez did an outstanding job coordinating the schedule, addressing the occasional hiccup, and keeping everything on track with timely communication and reminders. Her organization made the entire process run smoothly. I also want to recognize Cade, who demonstrated exceptional customer service. He worked patiently with me until I was completely satisfied with the final result. Beyond his professionalism, what impressed me most was his compassion, empathy, and genuine commitment to making sure I was happy with the project. The work itself was completed by two different crews—one dedicated to the exterior and another to the interior—and both teams were courteous, hardworking, and respectful of my home. The materials used were exactly as promised: premium residential paint products. All invoices were accurate, delivered on time, and matched the agreed payment schedule. As a pleasant surprise, the company also provided me with a $500 discount at the completion of the project, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience with Another Man's Treasures was excellent. They delivered a quality product, communicated well throughout the process, honored their commitments, and stood behind their work. Another Man’s Treasures, LLC was a lifesaver when a main structural post on my front porch failed just two weeks before I was hosting a large party. They came out quickly to assess the damage, and within just a couple of days, a new post was installed.
