Frequently Asked Questions About Soft Wash & Home Services in St. Augustine

Pressure washing relies on high water pressure to blast away dirt, which can strip paint or damage porous surfaces like stucco, wood, and coquina. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with specialized eco-friendly cleaning solutions to safely kill mold, mildew, and algae at the root without damaging your exterior.

Due to St. Augustine's humid coastal climate and high moisture levels, we recommend professional soft washing once every 12 to 18 months to prevent green algae buildup, mold growth, and salt accumulation.

Yes. Modern multi-pane replacement windows with Low-E glass coatings significantly reduce solar heat transfer into your home during Florida summers, easing the burden on your HVAC system and lowering monthly cooling costs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Another Man's Treasures to complete both the interior and exterior painting of my home, and I am very pleased with the overall experience. As a homeowner, I performed extensive due diligence before selecting a contractor, and I can confidently say that the company met my expectations from beginning to end.

From the initial consultation, Richie Reyes made the project possible. He took the time to walk through the house with me, explain the scope of work in detail, discuss the materials that would be used, and set clear expectations for the project from start to finish. His professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence in moving forward.

Throughout the project, Courtnay Lopez did an outstanding job coordinating the schedule, addressing the occasional hiccup, and keeping everything on track with timely communication and reminders. Her organization made the entire process run smoothly.

I also want to recognize Cade, who demonstrated exceptional customer service. He worked patiently with me until I was completely satisfied with the final result. Beyond his professionalism, what impressed me most was his compassion, empathy, and genuine commitment to making sure I was happy with the project.

The work itself was completed by two different crews—one dedicated to the exterior and another to the interior—and both teams were courteous, hardworking, and respectful of my home. The materials used were exactly as promised: premium residential paint products. All invoices were accurate, delivered on time, and matched the agreed payment schedule. As a pleasant surprise, the company also provided me with a $500 discount at the completion of the project, which I greatly appreciated.

Overall, my experience with Another Man's Treasures was excellent. They delivered a quality product, communicated well throughout the process, honored their commitments, and stood behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy local contractor for painting or other home maintenance and improvement projects.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Another Man’s Treasures, LLC was a lifesaver when a main structural post on my front porch failed just two weeks before I was hosting a large party. They came out quickly to assess the damage, and within just a couple of days, a new post was installed.

Everything looked as good as new, the price was very fair, and I was incredibly grateful for their prompt help and professionalism. I highly recommend Another Man’s Treasures, LLC!

I’ve known Brent and his team at another man’s treasures for over eight years now and they just completed a fourth project of mine and like always 100% satisfied, very honest folks and consistent. Something rare to find in the contracting business.
