Kitchen Remodel FAQ
How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?
Most full kitchen remodels take 4–8 weeks from demo to final walkthrough, depending on scope, cabinet lead times, and whether the layout is changing. We give you a realistic schedule before work begins — and we stick to it.
Will I need a permit?
Most kitchen remodels involving plumbing, electrical, gas, or structural changes require a permit. We handle the permitting process for you as part of every project.
Can I still cook during the remodel?
We help you set up a temporary kitchen space where practical, and sequence demo and installation to minimize how long you’re without a working kitchen.
Do you build custom cabinetry, or install pre-made?
Both — depending on your layout, budget, and timeline, we’ll recommend custom, semi-custom, or quality stock cabinetry and walk you through the tradeoffs.
What's included in my estimate?
A detailed, written scope covering labor, cabinetry, countertops, appliances tie-in, and finishes, so there are no surprise costs once we start.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing options for qualified homeowners — ask your project consultant for details during your free estimate.
