Welcome to Another Man’s Treasure LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any related communications or agreements. By engaging our services or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
Another Man’s Treasure LLC provides a range of professional services, including but not limited to:

• General Contracting
• Stucco Application & Repair
• Interior & Exterior Painting
• Residential and Commercial
• Remodeling
• Paver Installation
• Home Additions
• Site Work
• Full Residential and Commercial Construction

We are fully licensed and insured, FEMA & SAM certified, and operate under the following licenses:

• LICENSE # ST-9745 & ST-9746
• RB29003943 – Registered Building Contractor

All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable Florida state and local regulations.

2. Estimates and Proposals
Written estimates or proposals provided by Another Man’s Treasure LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions arise.

3. Contracts and Deposits
All projects require a signed contract before work begins. A deposit may be required based on the scope and duration of the project. Failure to provide the agreed deposit may delay the project start date.

4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in the service agreement or contract. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payments are due according to the milestones defined in the agreement.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

5. Change Orders
Any modifications to the scope of work must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties. Additional costs incurred due to change orders will be billed accordingly and may affect the project timeline.

6. Project Timeline
We strive to meet all project deadlines; however, timelines may be affected by weather, supply chain delays, permitting, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.

7. Warranty and Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and offer a limited warranty on labor and materials as defined in the service agreement. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations by third parties
• Natural wear and tear
• Acts of God or unforeseen disasters

Another Man’s Treasure LLC is not liable for delays or damages beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Permits and Inspections
We handle all required permitting and coordinate necessary inspections for projects unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client is responsible for access to the property and for ensuring the site is clear for scheduled work.

9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for all work completed and materials purchased up to the cancellation date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will be resolved in the courts located in St. Augustine, Florida.
