Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and labor requirements
• Proficiency in takeoffs, cost analysis, and job costing tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project scopes
• Familiarity with subcontractor and vendor pricing and bid coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in pricing and proposals
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet tight deadlines
